Follow the River Teme west from Worcester to Tenbury Wells and on to Ludlow and the Marches, the borderlands of England and Wales. This border country is tranquil today but the ruins of ancient castles hint at a past that was very different. Click for visitor information about this area.
Centuries ago the English and the Welsh were enemies, fighting one another, stealing each other's cattle, despising each other's people and laws. Why? What has happened to change things? Have they changed? Can we learn about life in the Teme Valley over the centuries and use what we find to build a better future?
